“We arrived at the hotel and was told it was canceled. We didn't receive an email or any notification of the cancelation. We had nowhere else to go. They scrambled to find us a room but the only room available didn't have AC. It's the middle of summer in Texas. They did give us a discount on the room with no AC but it smelled like mold & stuff & extremely hot.”

“The building needs some work. The shower needed some maintenance done. The wall plugs were loose and when you tried to plug or unplug anything it was risky. The A/C worked pretty well you could not adjust the settings though. The beds were not too bad. Over all it was okay. The staff had no problem giving towels or anything like that.”

They enjoyed the pool.. I wish it was a bigger pool though. Kinda crowded..This place is too big for such a small pool area.. “Everyone was there, knew their job. And how to do it all are extremely helpful, and breakfast was good.”

“The room is clean but my bathroom toilet holder was broken. I had to wait 15 minutes for a staff to check me in. It looks like it’s a one man show at the front desk. Staff are super friendly though and allowed us to park our car there few hours before check in and that’s a plus. This is my second time staying here and I will book here again. It’s walking distance to the pier and all restaurants. We were able to see fireworks and parade too.”

“Check in time of 4pm is too late. But they have room ready about 45 minutes early. We did not like that they charge for parking. The free breakfast was excellent. Overall good experience.”
